Store inboxes somewhere

What's the Problem?
At the moment, when the bot turns off, all the data is dumped. This means that: whenever the bot turns off and then on again, all users will have their inboxes cleared.

How do I plan to solve it
I'm already trying to implement a database in the bot, so I think this may come in handy. However, I ain't sure how I'll do this.
