We should allow users to specify whether or not they want track compilation errors to be returned, or if they simply want any failures to occur silently and be returned with a boilerplate/empty track object.

This value would override any of the parsed headers defined in the bach source. Being able to change the headers at run-time is useful for a variety of reasons.

One of the main advantages is that it allows consumers to place more data where they want (like on a PostgreSQL table field) instead of forcing them to either duplicate or pre-process the raw bach data just to make sense of their entities.
