Github workflow to download data every week

Motivation
The app should download the location history data from user's account every week so we can show updated visualization in the map.

This task involves creating a github workflow that runs on a schedule (weekly) and downloads updated data.

Documentation: how to use the app to generate user's own map visualization

We want the project to be easy for any user to be used with their own data. To make the process easier, we want the step by step process to be laid out as a README file in the repository.

The app should automatically download location history data from user's google maps.

This issue involves creating a python script to do that.
