MTG table LED project

This will be used to control LEDs installed on a card table for Magic: the Gathering multiplayer games.

It consists of a SPA frontend for:

• configuring game settings such as player names, locations, and color preferences
• showing the status of all LEDs on the table
• controlling game flow (start game, end game, eliminate player, pass turn, etc)

And a python backend for:

• controlling LEDs
• holding game state

Handle light updates (both websocket and LED) with same PUB-SUB socket

Use a common socket for light updates to simplify implementation.

LED controller - get initial light status on script startup

When starting up ledcontroller, attempt to get the current light status from the web server so LEDs are up-to-date right away.

Monitor connection with LED controller

Find a way to check the status of LED controller connection. It should be displayed in the UI for troubleshooting purposes.

Enhance game status label

Move game status label to a separate component. Enhance it to show current player's name and a turn timer.

Python logging

Use a proper logging framework for python scripts

Support partial light updates

Rather than sending the entire light array for every update, send a list containing only the changed LEDs?

Externalize config

Properly externalize and use config, especially for webserver and zmq addresses.

Add eliminate player functionality

Eliminate player from the game and skip lighting up their LEDs.
