在windows下的install目录下按安装说明运行gulp后错误提示

错误提示信息是：PHP is a composer requirement and therefore it is required to use gulp-composer

这是因为安装Composer需要php环境，也就是composer需要知道php所在的路径，
这个时候需要首先安装PHP，并能在命令行里通过php -v 人知道php就说明可以了，
或者通过Composer官方网站下载：https://getcomposer.org/Composer-Setup.exe，
下载后安装它会提示要您选择php命令行工具所在文件，选中新安装php的php.exe文件即可，
安装好后，再重新运行gulp即可正常运行了
