Modified the code to work with Python 3.

Requirements

• Python 3.x
• Java 1.8
• pycocotools

• Windows 10, Python 3.5.

To fix Windows JVM memory error:

Add the following in System Variables
    Variable name : _JAVA_OPTIONS
    Variable value : -Xmx1024M

I'm getting a broken pipe error when calculating the evaluation results And the calculated evaluation results also showed errors

can this code run on linux?

I run this code normally on my win10 computer, but it occurs this problem when it runs on Linux server:
No such file or directory: 'java' : 'java'.
so, I want to know if this code can run on linux when I configure the Java environment on Linux?
