Zip archive uses wrong version number

Currently the version number of the repo is used (from package.json). This should be changed to use the version in the manifest in "static/Needful Things". Many changes may alter the repo version but maybe not the distributed mod. The mod version needs manually changing in the manifest file when we know that a change to the data has occured or some other change that will be distributed.
