Implement src/webhookJellyfin

Currently we only have a webhook handler for Plex, we also need to implement one for Jellyfin.

There is already a stub that listens on /jellyfin, but we should consume the playback events.

parse webhook payload
filter out all events that are not episode playback completion
query Jellyfin to retreive the ProviderIds and look for the anidb Id
scrobble watch status to Plex
scrobble watch status to Anilist

retry on plex, anilist, jellyfin failures

When either of those is not available during start, we continue but don't try again later. We should gracefully handle this somehow.

Currently we only have the src/srobblerAnilist and src/srobblerJellyfin implementations, this means we can only scrobble watch status to Anilist and Jellyfin. We should also support scrobbling to Plex so that we can keep things up to date if we receive an incoming webhook call from Jellyfin.
