acpi-brightness's Issues

How fix to work with intel_backlight with max level 4648

I have compiled the code under debian amd64, the program works only without paramaters displaying the current level. The max/min options turns off the screen and up/down does not work. This is my config.h file:

#ifndef CONFIG_H
#define CONFIG_H

// ACPI backlight device - this should not need changing.
#define BRIGHTNESS_DEV "/sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness"

// Minimum and maximum valid values for brightness - if you are getting
// invalid brightness errors when setting, try adjusting these.
#define MIN 0
#define MAX 4648

// Number of brightness levels to change when using the up/down keywords.
#define STEP 500

#endif
