The report is clear, structured and well-written. I like how you conducted a preliminary correlation plot in exploring the relationships between the different features. Also, the dataset is well chosen -- it has clear features and has a lot of rooms for feature engineering. I also like how you are thinking about performing feature engineering before fitting the data into a model.
Some things that I would have liked to see more from this proposal is the lack of a complete description of your methods. I would also have preferred it if you described more in depth how adjacency matrix works in detail, as we did not cover this in class.
