Why is data wrangling useful ? (from lecture slides)

• Most of the efforts in Data Science is to do with data wrangling (80%).
  Analyse Data(<20%), Present, Deploy and Communicate results(<20%)
• Data is very useful in different domains (Health, government, business, online Education, physics, Social Science, Economics etc.

What activities it encompasses? (from "post" link on STUDY GUIDE document)
- Structuring
Structuring is needed because data comes in all shapes and sizes. （不是很懂..:/)

- Enrichment
   In other words, enrichment is often about joins and complex derivations (like convolutions and 
   converting a time stamp to a day of week).

- Publishing
  Publishing refers to planning for and delivering the output of your data wrangling efforts for 
  downstream project needs (like loading the data in a particular analysis package) or for future project 
  needs (like documenting and archiving transformation logic)
