First commits and Ideas for the Project

This can be an excellent way to create a debian/ubuntu Repository within the specification of the Open container initiative, Because we can create a better version of the versions and we can publish them on the Github package registry, but the bad thing is that there still has to be a way to talk to the Github APIs and several others.

  • Create http server to apt communicate to APT repo.
