可根据不同域名后缀，配置不同的解析标识，实现whois信息查询和解析

本程序需要conf_server表中的域名后缀以及对应的whois server信息完成相关初始化，configip.txt文件中可以配置多个ip，
用以针对server端的ip封禁策略而启用的ip轮询策略
同时，程序还需要conf_suffix中的相关数据对后缀配置信息,配置查询时单ip连续查询次数上限，无用信息过滤标准，查询是否
带标记等进行相关设置，根据这些信息程序会产生不同的协程和对应的ip调度通道来准备迎接到来的查询请求
由于不同server端的封禁策略各有不同，同时不同的server返回的信息格式也不尽相同，返回的信息标识也各式各样，需要不断
修缮拓展配置信息并根据不同情况增、修代码。
