- Better waitting indicator - auto close when sending finished

Convert email sender into QThread way to unblock UI
Feature: automatic parsing with time setting
Noticed the email parsing result could be vast different depends on time. A good feature would be allow setup frequency and repeat over times.
Add QThread to unblock UI when doing parsing or sending
Feature: automaticly switch account
With daily max limit preset for each account, allow software to switch account when max limit are hit. Doesn't need to track the server record, keep it local is good enough for now.
