Twitch Profile Request Fails with 410 Error

The twitch profile request currently fails with a 410 error. The request is missing the v5 accept header that is now required.

koa middleware should be async

UPDATE: @simov Let me know if you need a better explanation, but currently grant-profile is broken for koa.

Reddit profile_url

Looks like Reddit needs to use https://oauth.reddit.com/api/v1/me as a profile_url when accessing via Oauth token rather than https://api.reddit.com/me.

Fastify integration

After simov/grant#123 is done.

No support for custom providers

I am would like to use a custom provider with this package.
Unlikely currently there is now way to pass the profile-url.

Maybe changing to something like this would already be working:

  url: provider.profileUrl || profile[provider.name].url

Maybe something similar for the before and after hooks could be useful as well.

possible issue with grant-profile and Auth0

hello -

we are having trouble with Auth0 and FeathersJs. i am dealing with a family emergency at the moment and i dont have time to test this, but we believe the profile is coming back blank from Auth0 when the Auth social connection "App ID" and "App Secret" are filled in. when both of these values are left blank (and we use the default 'Auth0 dev keys') everything works as expected.

When both values are filled in, everything else appears to work just fine, no error messages from Google & Auth0.

could somebody please test this out? its very easy with Auth0 to add & remove these values.

again, i apologize for not testing this now. i feel this issue probably should be looked at soon.
