Build version
Hi there, Could you build this for a later version of .net ? Like 4.5?
Running totals
Can i use Migradoc to generate documents with running totals on the beginning and end of a table on each page?

Saving file name
Save(); takes 2 parameters I guess File name/ path and Password but password is working and file name not working.
Sample not building
The sample from the README.md is not building because the method signature has changed. A few other samples would also be nice.
