Hi Simon,
I purchased 10 conversion credits yesterday to try to do some conversions on REVIT model files for a project I am working on at the moment. Our company details structural steel using Tekla Structures and although REVIT models are a supported reference model format for newer versions of Tekla structures, we have had a lot of trouble using them in practice - hence my wanting to convert them to IFC format which is reliable with TS.
So far, I have tried converting 6 files but only 2 have successfully converted, the others did not convert with the Status "FailedInstructions". The report for one such event is attached.

To give some background regarding the files I am trying to convert - they have all been downloaded from the Autodesk collaboration platform "BIM360" and appear to be separate parts of what is viewed in BIM360 as one "file" (certainly a conglomerate model). When the "revit source file" is downloaded from BIM360, it is packaged as a *.zip file which, when unpacked, contains the many component *.rvt files (in this case, 10 files for a total of 2.09Gb of data).
