Display a nicer error message than the exception stack trace

Instead of "_layout/page.twig", the user can declare in conf.json the default file name.

Not enough end-to-end tests to be confident.
Tests are especially missing on the command line interfaces (bin/gumdrop, bin/autoreload.php, gumdrop.php)

The site is not updated if a file is deleted.

Configuration blacklist should hande wildcards so that we can for instance exculde some files from being copied (for instance .picasa.ini or Thumbs.db files from source assets folder to destination asset folder)

Write sufficient documentation for the 1.0 release

Too many ways to list files in this class. Need some refactoring with general purpose filtering.

With Twig, when updating the template or a partial, the result is not refreshed.

So for generating index.html from index.html.twig, Gumdrop should check the timestamps of index.html AND the timestamps of every .twig files located in _* folders (except _vendor)

When using Twig, after generating some files if i delete the content of _site, I have to refresh my browser several times before I can see a fresh result for one of my page). The first refresh is a 404 error page

For example, changes in _layout are not detected which can be annoying.

Otherwiser, files like README.md are rendered (case of a blog hosted on Github)
