Back up your entire Obsidian vault to a remote repository using git.
- You need Alfred for MacOS.
- The vault must already be connected to a remote repository such as GitHub, GitLab, Codeberg, etc.
The configuration is simple:
- Select the command you prefer to call the workflow. By default, it's: ob
- Choose the folder where all the Obsidian files you want to save are located
- Make sure that Git is configured for a remote repository in that folder
- Done ๐
- ob: backs up all changed files
