There's an option for async timeout, but currently it doesn't do anything.

So when a view is async but doesn't emit ready within a specified time interval the view should be discarded.

We're currently only using a few of the Underscore methods and some of them exist in Amp. So that dependency should be removed in favor of smaller modules.

There's an option for this already, it just doesn't do anything.

So what I want to happen is to not insert a view until it's previous view has reported ready. Not exactly sure how to implement this yet.
