Update Go version in test docker container
It's currently using 1.10:

Adding examples of integration with gin
We are trying to integrate our gin based up with your module. I think it would be great to add an example of such framework similar to https://docs.sqreen.com/go/installation/
Use vendor dir or modules
Ideally we should use vendor dir or modules so users don't have to go get the dependencies manually.
Run tests in build
When we get GitHub Actions we should run the tests.
responseRecorders should implement io.ReaderFrom
