1.To create user interface in flutter

Those who are working on ui, note that the changes to be made only to the ui branch.
All flutter files (.dart) resides in /app/safe_gears/lib

Requirements :

  1. User login page.
  2. User dashboard.
  3. Emergency Page with toggle button.
  4. Page showing location with alert message within map where the incident occurred.
