Add initial definition of problem (SRS)

Present:

  1. To create a (HeatMap) map of the neighborhoods which are vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine.
  2. Users would need to provide proof of vaccination.
  3. The User data once approved will be destroyed.

Future Updates:

  1. Users would be able to see their vaccination due date on the dashboard.
  2. Connect with social media and be able to know which of their friends are vaccinated.
  3. Add Android + Web support
