The namespace need be showdown not Showdown. The code here.

What difference of that? What to consider when you modify the namespace?

window.showdown //lowercase

is defined in showdown latest-releases,
but table-ext require a

window.Showdown //camelcase

object in current version.

As per stackoverflow question, the following would be a nice addition:
