Ajout de métadonnées additionnelles dans le flux XML

Certaines informations sur le contexte de création du flux peuvent s'avérer être utiles pour le support / debug.

Ces informations peuvent être, en partie, générées automatiquement par une librairie concoctée par nous (voir https://github.com/shoppingflux/php-sdk/tree/proof-of-concept#generates-xml-compliant-feed-for-import)
