We need to emit a specification file for a fixture that lends itself to being read programatically. This spec file would describe the fixture itself: how many nodes, what are their short names, what are the IP addresses, what are their port mappings, what are the start and stop commands, etc.

This spec file can then be read and used within an integration test and helps test authors avoid hard coding fixture-specific logic into their unit tests.

Nearly all of the output files generated are specific to https://github.com/sholsapp/gallocy. Before cthulhu is actually usable in other contexts, this has to be fixed.

This can be fixed by adding a configuration file that specifies an input template to each function that generates an output file. Whatever markup language we use in the configuration file, it should be easy to support multiline entries (after all, we'll be specifying bash scripts, code snippets, and more in this file).

Fixtures are not relocatable because they make use of symbolic links that burn in absolute paths at creation time.
