To help people in creating the first entries and to start using the program

When I launch the program, there's nothing in the drop-down. I tried launching as Administrator and running it from a DC directly, but still nothing listed.

The program does not check for permissions to see if a policy is modifiable by the current user.

Currently the AD shortname in the group name assumes that the shortname is the first part of the dns name. This is not always the case.

Currently all three XML files need to exist in the policy before the program will work.
The program can create the files, but they will not be associated with the policy.

I believe this can be done using the GPMC Class Library, but I have no experience with using it.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
