漢数字のルールとアラビア数字のルール

テキストに含む数字の種類を指定するオプションを追加する
- 漢数字のみ使う (only kansuji)
- アラビア数字を使っている場合エラー
- アラビア数字のみ使う (only figure)
- 漢数字を使っている場合エラー
- 一人暮らし, 二人三脚など一般的に漢数字を使う表現は許す
- 漢数字とアラビア数字の組み合わせも使う (allow mix)
- e.g. 1万5000, 1万5千, 3千5百億, etc.
数字の種類ごとのルール
- 漢数字を含む場合: 大数 (千万億兆) の使い方をチェックする
- アラビア数字を含む場合: 桁数とカンマの位置をチェックする
