About

This is an employee engagement application to encourage greater levels of productivity and retention within companies. The demo can be viewed here: https://boiling-gorge-42633.herokuapp.com/

This was built using:

• Rails and Puma on the back-end;
• React for the front-end, utilizing webhooks and react-router;
• Postgresql for the database;
• API to carry data between front-end, back-end and server.
• Axios for API consumption.

Features:

• Landing page to inform visitors of the product.
• Main feed where employees can make and view posts.

Future feature additions:

• Points are to be shared by employees.
• Onboarding and authentication capability.
• Introduce reward redemption.
