Hi, I'm looking to reproduce the results of this paper before applying it to new data. I've tried following along the instructions given in the methods of the paper and trying to reference the data preparation notebook provided, and I'm not quite able to fully understand what data is needed from me to manually complete that part.

I know it's impossible to host data on github easily, so I wanted to see if that portion was planning on being automated or if it would be possible to share that data a different way?
