System crashes frequently when running the Android Simulator with log "gpuRestart MAIN Ring is hung in a batch buffer <-- ROOT CAUSE!"

Nice work! But there's something I cannot understand. Working with the pre-build versions you have in the release, nothing happens. I do not see Lilu doing any patching on the logs. Rehabman made some similar comments.

When I pick up the version pre-build by ReHabMan on bitbucket (a fork of your 1.1.3) I do see the patch and I'm able to boot into the installer. Using your pre-build versions (or my own from XCode) nothing happens.

I'm running on a Lenovo TP T470s i7 by the way. Booting 10.12.5 on a clean stick with minimal kexts (FakeSMC, Lilu, VoodooPS2, HackrNVMe, IntelMausiEthernet) and a clean example HD620 config.plist with DVMT 19Mb patched disabled (that is what your kext should do).

tried your

• 1.1.3: nothing happens
• 1.1.6: nothing happens
• 1.1.8: nothing happens

What I haven't tried is to switch the Lilu from rehabman build on bitbucket for the 1.1.4 on Lilu Github

I'm trying to run Sierra and High Sierra on a Surface Pro 4, but it always fails when I try to inject the intel 520 card.

I have tried to add the following kexts

Lilu 1.1.7
and
IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup 1.1.8

but the system always crashes when trying to start.

Using the right ID for my 520 card: 0x19060000 system crash.
and
Using Fake ID 0x12345678 the system boots up, but do not start the graphics .

If there is anything I can do to help in the Surface Pro 4 (kexts test), please contact me.

please update your kext to 1.2.2 because lily is running version 1.2.2

please update your IntelGraphicsDVMTFixup.kext in release 1.2.3 because lilu is version 1.2.3

Is there a way to use this kext on Sandy Bridge? I have some artifacts and I think this has to do with little DVMT on my laptop.
