Incorrect status line rendering

Description

It looks like the right side of the status line is not filled in properly. For instance, when opening an e-mail that contains an attachment, I would expect the background to be yellow, just like the example screenshot in the README.

For some reason it gets filled with the background color instead. Not sure if this is related to the Powerline theme or a terminal setting.

Makes neomutt extremely slow

I have neomutt working very good without this theme, but when I add this to my config neomutt becomes extremely slow. Somehow this is making it download every message that is visible on the screen every single time something is redrawn. During this I see in the statusbar that it is downloading, and I can see that it starts to redraw the screen from blank, and then my messages appear one by one as they are re-downloaded. This happens every time anything is redrawn, e.g it happens when navigating up/down, opening messages, resizing the window and so on. When I remove it from my config then neomutt works as it should again, and does only ever download a message once when I actually open it
