transfer domain to netlify

wordpress is a headache. can't embed iframes without upgrading to a business plan ($300).

transferring domain to netlify (tutorial):

1. go to domain settings on wordpress
2. create an A record for goand.vote pointing to our load balancer’s IP address 75.2.60.5.
