A Blog App Using MERN Stack

A travel blog where people can post and share their travel experiences using Node.js, React, Redux and MongoDB.

Prerequisites

  • Node.js - Download and Install Node.js.
  • MongoDB - Download and Install MongoDB - Make sure it's running on the default port (27017).

Installation

  • Clone the repository: git clone [email protected]:mmingzhang/mern-blog
  • Go to directory server, and run npm install
  • Go to directory client, and run npm install

Running The Application

  • In server directory, run npm start
  • In client directory, run npm start
    Navigate to http://localhost:3000 to check the application
