• Tap and hold a read chapter to mark as unread.
• Tap and hold an unread chapter to mark as read.
• Add 3D touch as alias to tap and hold.

Maybe:

• Via a more menu ("..." icon), add ability to mark all as read / unread.
  • Mark all as read only available if incomplete.
  • Mark all as unread only available if already in progress (>= 1 read).

Alternative:

• Tapping "..." (or "Edit"?) goes into edit mode
  • In edit mode, add select all / none options
  • Then possibly in a toolbar, have a mark as read / unread button to commit changes with the current selection.

• First time a chapter is tapped, if the YouVersion bible app is installed, ask the user whether to open the chapter in the app.
• In the footer for the chapter list, explain that tapping a chapter marks it as complete.
• Optionally in the footer, if open in bible app is enabled, add a reminder of that?
• Provide a settings screen of some kind (hopefully just a link to Settings.app).
