Olo App Privacy Policy

1. General
   Olo application is a beta service ("Service") provided by Nature Solutions Oy ("We" or "Us"). These terms of service ("Terms") apply to customer's ("You") access to and use of the Service. These Terms are effective as of the date You first accept them (whether via an online click-through or a signed agreement or by using the Service). You cannot use the Service, if You are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example, if you are under 18 years old).
2. Beta Testing
   The Service is still in a testing phase, and therefore it is likely to contain errors. You agree that the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". You assume all risks and all costs associated with your use of the Service, including, without limitation, any internet access fees, back-up expenses, costs incurred for the use of your device, and any damage to any equipment, software, information or data. You understand and agree that we may change, withdraw, terminate your access to, testing of and/or use of, or discontinue the Service (or any portion thereof) at any time and in our sole discretion, with or without notice to You. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of the Service will be subject to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof. You are encouraged to provide Us with feedback, including information pertaining to bugs, errors and malfunctions of the Service, performance of the Service, the Service's compatibility and interoperability, and information on enhancements, changes or additions to the Service ("Feedback"). You agree not to disclose Feedback to any third party.
   3. Intellectual Property Rights
   For the duration of the Terms, We grant to You a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Service to test its functionality and provide feedback to Us. You may not rent, lease, distribute, or resell the Service, or use the Service as the basis for developing a competitive solution (or contract with a third party to do so), or remove or alter any of the logos, trademark, patent or copyright notices, confidentiality or proprietary legends or other notices or markings that are on or in the Service. You agree that We own all legal rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, and except for the license provided herein, no other rights or permissions to the Service is granted. You hereby assign all right, title and interest in and to the Feedback to Us, including the right to make commercial use thereof, for any purpose We deem appropriate without any right to compensation or other obligation from us.
   4. Privacy and Data Protection
   ("Privacy Policy") applies to Your use of the Services. You acknowledge and agree that by participating in the beta testing or by using the Services, we collect and use your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
   5. Limitation of Liability
   Our liability is limited and excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or relating to the use of the Service under these Terms.
   6. Governing law and resolution of disputes
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. If You are a consumer, please note that You cannot be deprived of the rights granted to You by the mandatory consumer protection laws of Your country of domicile. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Finland. A consumer may, however, always institute proceedings in the competent court of his/her domicile. As a main rule, we process your personal data as long as you use the Olo application and we will delete your personal data within 24 months of inactivity. Data needed for fulfilling legal obligations will be stored as long as the legal obligation persists.

   We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use your data for advertising. We may disclose your personal data to third parties in the following limited circumstances:
