Summary: There seems to be an unhandled possible error message at the "Log In" prompt by way of the "Create an account" prompt

Scenario: I tried to register as "lietk12", but forgot that I had registered for the previous version of the site with the same username. Upon entering my intended password and submitting, I was sent back to the "Log In" prompt, but with the username input field changed to the db error Duplicate entry 'lietk12' for key 'PRIMARY' (I personally would use an int id for primary key and leave open the possibility for changing usernames just in case, but then again I'm not experienced with relational database stuff so I probably missed some disadvantage of doing so) and the password input field changed to my intended password

My guess from crude experience with forms is that the error is being echoed instead of being handled first and removed from the string that sets the input field for the login box, but I'm not awake enough to look for anything right now.
