Info about null or undefined argument

Add to the docs example about null or undefined argument:

Fix docs

Rename package and make extend-saga-routines as a link to the renamed one

After #24 will be done it can be renamed to extend-routines.

One stage as a string.

At all methods let to pass one stage as a string.

Fix typo in Readme

Extend any routine with custom stages, create routine with more than defafult stages and create custom routine.

Refact the `createRoutines`

Combine customStages and payloadAndMeta in one reduce and call it rest and use it next like

      result[nameSpace] = getCreator(method).apply(null, [nameSpace, ...rest]);
