Doesn't work for multiple entries

While this application handles redirects, it fails when it the search results in multiple articles. For instance, try fetching "Magic" or "Bond".
Reason:

$('#target').html($(html_code).find('p')); // content. find('p') is used to show only text

FIX:

$('#target').html($(html_code)); 

If the fix is applied, the target is cluttered with messy images, wikipedia contents to name a few - due to lack of proper styling.
