The links to the pivotal blog are all broken, they are formatted like this:
http://pivotallabs.com/strict-separation-component-based-rails/

But the blog has been updated and the links now look like this:
https://content.pivotal.io/blog/merits-of-strict-separation-in-component-based-rails-applications

When clicking to links (under Sample apps for example) I get the following JS error in Safari (OS X) Refused to display 'https://github.com/taskrabbit/rails_engines_example' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

In Chrome it's similar:
Refused to display 'https://github.com/shageman/the_next_big_thing' in a frame because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'none'".

The zipball and tarball links are broken. When I click on them, I get 404: Not Found.

LeanPub says the book has been "retired". Is this because you feel cobra is no longer a worth while approach? Or just not having time to keep the book up to date with changes in rails? Or because you're opting to sell elsewhere?
