Show training cost and time in the Crew menu

Currently it just has a button with the name of the Kerbal and a button to train them. This does not tell the player how much it'll cost and how much time it'll need.

solutions:

  • An indicator next to it that says something like "30000, 90d"
  • An information display when you hover over the Train hutton

KCT warning bug

The KCT warning is still showing up for me even with it being set to false, unsure what causes the bug.

Also I would like to request support for the Strategia mod, the mod adds strategies that changes the globe science value however Bureaucracy keeps the value based of the game settings.
Strategia also has strategies that effect which level fresh crew start at which Bureaucracy overrides as well.

Could possibility of selecting the KAC action of created alarms be added

This is a feature request

What happens now: We can select either no alarm for the monthly budget or an alarm which brings us out of timewarp and pops up a dialog.
What I would like to be added: The ability to select diffrent KAC alarm actions as described in their documentation http://triggerau.github.io/KerbalAlarmClock/api.html either through a menu item or the config file

My use case is to have the alarms created but not necesarily create any popups or pause the game

Config to automatically delete its own messages so that the message log doesn't fill up

Issue description

So I was goofing around in KSP, like usual. I timewarped really fast, and then I have 17k messages in my messages list. I accidentally hovered my mouse over it, and... the game froze. Waiting 30 minutes did not help, so I was forced to close the game and wait 90 trillion years for the game to load again. (exaggeration, obviously)

No, it's not really a trivial issue; it takes years of in-game time to travel to the outer planets in OPM, and this mod has components designed to adapt the mod if OPM is installed...

tl;dr: long timewarping session (which may be because of OPM) == many messages == game freeze when you hover over it

Possible solutions:

  • recommend a separate mod that automatically deletes messages when it exceeds a certain amount. maybe even have it show up as a dependency in CKAN.
  • automatically delete this mod's own messages after a set amount of messages (maybe 100).
  • config to just... not put messages in the message log? maybe by default put the last 10 financial reports in a separate part of the Bureaucracy menu. you rarely need to see over 10 months of financial stuff anyway.

Unable to train kerbal if you have too many crew

In the newest version of the game there isn't a slider or some other form of expanding the menu, which means when you want to train someone at the bottom of a 6 kerbal list it's impossible to reach them.

Experiment 2 - 65 science left to allocate, but we need 100. 65 science is given to you, and the remaining 45 will have to be analysed next month.

Could we have BigProjects Fund added back as an option?

Hi

I was looking at different alternat funding mods and found this one and JoeBostic / SpaceProgramFunding.
Among these this one looks to be the maintained one.

After trying it out I would realy like to play with the construction and research parts of this mod turned of but then the missing BigProjects fund that was dropped from MonthlyBudgets is sorely lacking.

Could we get Big Projects added back as an option? Having that would make playing with HandleKSCUpgrades = False much more enjojable.

Add functionality to Bank of Kerbin

idk why that feature even exists, you can deposit or withdraw from it but that's it, it doesn't even give you an interest rate or anything and there's no transaction fee

KCT additional launchpads are not handled by the Construction system

Plan for future adjustments to deal with KCT building additional launchpads at KSC instantly when using Bureaucracy mod, with KCT build times turned off.
Addendum: Additional KCT launchpads also can not seem to be upgraded when using Bureaucracy

Close Dialog when button toolbar button clicked

A small quality of life thing that most mods implement is when the dialog is open and you click the button on the toolbar again, the dialog closes. I think if this was implemented for at least the Budget dialog it would be sufficient for most cases. People like me often click through each of the buttons on the toolbar, hitting them again to close it shortly thereafter, and having to move the mouse all the way to the close button isn't ideal from a ux perspective.

  2. indication of research/construction rate per day (I know it's budget/30, but lazy to do the math)

  3. indication for ETA in days/hours/minutes for particular upgrades plus a button to add KAC alarm manually

Add KSPedia entries

If I remember correctly, Bureaucracy didn't add KSPedia entries to the game.

Please add the wiki pages into KSPedia. If I try to open the wiki while running KSP it'll probably crash because of RAM issues.
