FEA - Update account creation date

Original report by sevenate (Bitbucket: sevenate, GitHub: sevenate).

After UpdateTransaction() and UpdateTransfer() operations.

If the updated transaction/transfer has the lowest operation date for the whole account (i.e. it is the first transaction/transfer for this account) and the new operation date for this transaction/transfer is greater then previous, then find next transaction/transfer for this account and use it operation date as new account creation date.

FEA - Migrate to SQL CE 4.0

Leave in SQL Server only users, authentication and sessions data.
All other user-specific data should be located in standalone (i.e. "personal") SQL CE 4.0 databases per user.

Database name should be GUID.

Store them in the following folders pattern (based on creation date):

*APP_DATA**yyyy**mm**dd**GUID.data*
