Recursive File Search doesn't seem to work?

Hello!

I am trying to make some bulk renaming of files within a quite complex folder structure.
Basically, I would like to make all the modifications whilst retaining that structure and I thought the option "Recursive file search" would do just that but, even after clicking the refresh icon, nothing changes.

How can I do that? What am I doing wrong?

Feat: Option to show only files that get modified

When adding a huge number of files, it'd be great to show only those that get modified with a toggle sorta thing.

Rename Folders as well?

Hi, it would be lovely to be able to bulk rename subfolders as well, not only files. Could you implement this too?

Edit existing filter

Great project, thanks for sharing. Is there any way to modify/edit an existing filter once it has been added? I find myself having to remove and re-add it often even though I'm just changing the position.
