Build failures are the result of linter findings. Address each finding.

Many of the pull event types have similar structures. Rather than create many duplicate structs for each, use a common struct instead.

Unit tests are currently satisfied if an error is expected and one is returned. However, it should be extended to ensure the test type received is the one expected.

Test coverage needs to be increased

As a user, I would like to set Webhook options when creating a new Webhook. Basic options should be setting a secret and preserving the http.Request body after being read.

When PreserveBody() option is used the request body byte.Buffer is expected to be refilled with its original contents. However, the Webhook Parse function does not check whether this option is enable or not, therefore, it does not refill the body.
