Create a Dockerfile

The Dockerfile:

  1. Builds /output/g2EncryptDataAES256CBC.so
  2. Allows a user to mount volume and specify a command like cp /output/g2EncryptDataAES256CBC.so /mounted-volume/g2EncryptDataAES256CBC.so
