Jason-front

This is the front-end of the Jason task centralization server. It allows login, account admin, and creation and management of tasks.

jason-front's Issues

For profile button dropdown allow for user to click on the button even if they are clicking on the image or outer part of the section

Clean up select boxes in the application

Styles are a little bit ugly with the overdone hightlighting

This should allow for a secured adding of an api key. Something that will have to be done in senyc/jason

Extract out components

There are a couple of places that we can split up components one of the most obvious being the task editor from the task display but also the form drop down is super heavily coupled to the component that it is in, I would like for this to be improved without sacrificing usability

When no tasks are present have some text that explains that the user has no tasks

Update inputs to have more accessability

For example we should add a show icon in the password fields that allow the user to see the password that they entered. We should also add email fields and such as well

tasks are not sorted by date

Not sure if this is some problem where the backend is not returning tasks in order that they should be or a frontend js issue with .sort

Add full mobile support

Overall the application is not set up for use with mobile devices. For example, the settings page should be full screen and the vertical menu should take up the entire screen. Also the tasks page should scale based on the size of the screen.

Add frontend to support reset password process

This will include:

1. form for setting a new password
2. Redirect process to send the user to that form as well as acutally (beforehand reseting the password)
3. button that will send the request, and include the users email (this process will not need to send the users uuid since they forgot their password)

light/dark mode toast popup does not change when user changes it

Just seems to be set on page load only

add support to handle email addresses that have been forgotten

The typed that is tied to the back end response should account for an event that there are no tasks
