No Help From Sensoro

I purchased beacons from Sensoro over a month ago and they are transmitting intermittently if at all some days. I have been trying to get help from Sensoro and my Rep so my development team can fix the issue. We received a GATT file and firmware update but it's still not working.
My development team is working overtime, trying to figure out why the beacons are not transmitting as they should.
I don't know if anyone out there is having issues and can offer some advice. If you can I can have someone that understands this stuff speak with you. I'm the CEO of the company and trying to help them any way I can.
I just don't get it why Sensor isn't being more helpful to us. Oh and it's for Android and not iOS.
