通过修改酷Q Native框架的核心部分，实现机器人的本地运作（纪念因为酷Q关闭而无法运行的机器人）。
让你辛苦写的机器人至少能够在本地跑起来，留下回忆。
⚠ 只支持使用C# Native SDK的酷Q机器人代码
封装了客户端（CQ2LocalConsole）和服务端（封装在Native中）。
首先，将Native目录下的所有文件毫不犹豫地替换你的机器人对应的文件。
然后将你的机器人工程的Native.Csharp的输出类型更改为：控制台应用程序。
修改了原框架的程序入口点和核心API调用，封装了和客户端通信的服务端。
⚠ 获取好友信息等接口未能正常替换，但不影响非群管理机器人的存活，将在后期完善。
依照注释修改部分常量。
