Mobile WEB version shaders bugged.

When trying to view app from mobile the shader become "unstructured" (dunno how describe). Even tho app running 60fps it looks choppy. Running https://deep-fold.itch.io/pixel-planet-generator (same behavior for locally builded and deployed HTML5 bundle when running app from mobile).

On desktop versions everything fine.
On watching web version from desktop everything fine.

Tested in different browsers, on different android phones, different screen orientation.
