For VNC console display, add option to turn on tls encription, and also option for setting certificates.

I'm not satisfied with current UI layout. I came a cross AQEMU frontend which has worked out good layout to present great deal of QEMU options to user. Rewrite UI to make it as close as possible to AQEMU.

If user selects bridged network type script will create bridged network interface and bind selected interface. This makes network widget in DSM switch from LAN1 to LAN2, I don't know what happens with models that have just one LAN.
